During my time with Johnnie Studio, I was the Associate Creative Director for Argo Group, leading the creative and brand initiatives across teams. Working alongside a team of creatives both internally and at Argo, we developed a comprehensive set of brand guidelines, updated visuals, and a strong foundation for creative deployment.

I collaborated with our in-house strategists to redesign the UX/UI of Argo's primary website, which included overhauling the navigation, homepage layout, and several secondary pages. Additionally, I spearheaded the development of social video templates that were customizable and easily editable by the Argo team, ensuring a cohesive brand identity across their social media platforms. These efforts extended to their print materials, photography, and videography. 

Designed to Engage

A big goal for the year was to evaluate and elevate the video and social content for Argo Group. I had the opportunity to work with their team and capture bespoke footage and content that truly speaks to the brand’s core tenants. I enjoyed stretching my skillset into the areas of video editing, directing, shooting, and director of photography.

Our efforts succeeded in streamlining the video process to create more opportunity for consistent creative video content for social media, as well as large-scale video projects with a broad reach.

In our quest to elevate Argo Group's narrative, we concentrated on seamlessly integrating high-quality video, stock footage, and interview clips. This approach allowed us to effectively communicate the stories that are integral to the essence of Argo Group.

Furthermore, we refined our focus to enhance both the quality of our footage and the storytelling content essential to Argo Group. Our aim was to vividly capture the personal and human aspects of collaborating with Argo, enriching the narrative with authenticity and resonance.

Streamlining Social Content


We devised a range of template concepts designed for cyclical rotation on a monthly basis, with quarterly refreshes. This strategic approach empowered the internal Argo team to operate within defined parameters, boosting engagement and reducing creative director workload. By ensuring ease of use within their creative team, these templates streamlined the creative process while maintaining consistency and effectiveness.

Navigating the complexities of creative content can be challenging for many companies. Argo recognized the opportunity to leverage their internal expertise for their network of brokers and potential underwriters, all while managing costs associated with bespoke videography.

Our solution was to develop a versatile template that not only captivates viewers on LinkedIn but also serves as a resource for Argo team members seeking to enhance their outreach efforts. This approach effectively bridges the gap between conveying expertise and managing resources, empowering Argo to communicate effectively with their audience while optimizing internal workflows.
